Mexico was great!

We got back from Mexico almost a week ago now. The Boys and one set of grandparents joined us for a week of sun in the Mayan Riviera. It was so nice to get away from the winter. We haven't been south in a couple years so it was great to spend time on the beach and be with Cam - he's been working a lot lately. It was so great to have Donna and Grant there - I had no idea how much work it was travelling with two young kiddies - lesson learned but thankfully not the hard way - everyone was good to travel with (besides me that is).

The weather was favourable the whole week and Charlie had a blast. Sam (being a red head) did not really agree with the sun - he got a burn the first day after about 10 minutes in the sun which was unintentional. He had a red face and blood shot eyes the whole week. He also turned 4 months old and hit a growth spurt - he was not the most fun to be sharing a room with - he actually spent most of the week in the bed with me and Cam so he wouldn't wake Charlie up at night!

We stayed on the resort for the most part but did venture into the gated community "town" of Puerto Aventuras. It was touristy but enough of an outing to get Charlie pumped! We saw Iguanas, dolphins, seal lions, manatees and a girl mannequin that kinda freaked him out - she was a little spooky!

I could go on and on about how great our trip was, but I'll let the pictures do the talking!

Cheers!
